How To Cook: |

1. Boil chicken in the usual way. Reserve stock.
|
2. Cut chicken into pieces and arrange on a bed of rice, or spaghetti.
|
3. Prepare a sauce by pounding cashew nuts with some hot pepper sauce and a pinch of salt.
|
4. Fry two onions and add to nut mixture, with some of the chicken stock. Pour over the chicken.
