| How To Cook: |

| 1. Cut chicken into serving portions; dip into milk then into mixture of flour and pepper.

| 2. Brown chicken in fat and place in deep baking dish. 
 
 | 
| 3. Saute mushrooms in fat remaining in pan or skillet 5 minutes; add with onion to chicken. 
 
 | 
| 4. Cover with the evaporated milk or cream. 
 
 | 
| 5. Bake in moderate oven (350°F) until chicken is tender and the liquid cooks to a thick sauce or about 1½ hours.
