Coconut Chips
What You Need:
  • 1 dry coconut
  • Salt to taste

    • How To Cook:
    1. Remove meat from shell.

    2. Cut meat into thin strips and arrange in a shallow pan.

    3. Sprinkle with salt and toast in a slow oven. Turn occasionally.
