Crab Fritters
What You Need:
  • ˝ pound cooked crabmeat
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 tablespoon chopped onion
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon minced parsley
  • Breadcrumbs, salt, pepper to taste

  • How To Cook:
    1. Add onion, seasoning and beaten egg to crab meat.

    2. Add enough breadcrumbs to bind mixture.

    3. Shape into fritters and fry lightly.
