What You Need: |

3 medium crawfish (uncooked)
2 tablespoons oil
½ small onion, chopped
1/8 teaspoon thyme
2 tablespoon tomato paste
3 cups water
¼ teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon salt

How To Cook: |
|
|
1. Heat oil in saucepan and saute crawfish, onion and thyme for five minutes.
|
2. Stir in tomato paste and water; bring to boil.
|
3. Add rice, salt, and pepper and cook covered for 1 hour, or until liquid is absorbed and rice is tender.
