1 pound crawfish tails cooked and cut into 1 inch pieces
Pepper to taste
˝ cup butter or margarine
Garlic salt or plain salt to taste

How To Cook: |

1. Pan broil crawfish pieces in butter or margarine and seasonings, turning occasionally until lightly browned.

2. Serve with, dip of your choice or try a mixture of catsup and horseradish.
