2 cups crawfish, cooked, shredded and chilled
½ cup mayonnaise
¼ teaspoon curry powder
2 teaspoons onion, minced
2 teaspoons lemon juice

How To Cook: |

1. Place crawfish in a mixing bowl.
|
2. Mix together remaining ingredients and combine with the crawfish. Serve on assorted crackers.
