Crawfish Dip
What You Need:
  • 1 medium crawfish tail, cooked and cut in pieces
  • 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
  • ½ teaspoon Tabasco
  • ¼ cup dry white wine
  • Dash of salt

  • How To Cook:
    1. Boil or steam crawfish in 1 cup water for 15 to 20 minutes or until done.

    2. Remove flesh (meat) from shell and central vein.

    3. Place all ingredients in a small baking dish and stir together.

    4. Place in heated oven at 350°F for 15 minutes or until very hot.

    5. Serve with crackers, carrot sticks or raw cauliflower bulbs.
