Fried Crawfish
What You Need:
  • 6 medium crawfish, uncooked
  • 2 eggs
  • ˝ cup evaporated milk
  • ˝ teaspoon salt
  • Lemon juice
  • ˝ teaspoon pepper
  • 1 cup flour
  • Oil for frying
  • Butter or margarine

  • How To Cook:
    1. Beat eggs and milk together. Add salt and pepper.

    2. Dip crawfish thoroughly in egg milk mixture, and then roll in flour.

    3. Have hot fat about ˝ inch deep in heavy frying pan and cook until golden brown, turning once.

    4. Serve with melted lemon butter.
