What You Need: |

3 pounds of fish cut into pieces
6 cups water
1 hot pepper
1 teaspoon thyme
Squeeze of lime juice
2 chopped onions
2 chopped tomatoes

How To Cook: |

|
1. Place all ingredients in a pot with water.
|
2. Bring to the boil and simmer gently for about an hour.
|
3. Strain off liquid and serve with chopped parsley.
