What You Need: |

4 tomatoes
2 sweet peppers
3 green or black olives
1 tablespoon chopped onion
Oil, salt, pepper
1 French type loaf of bread

How To Cook: |
|
|
1. Make this the day before it is to be used.
|
2. Chop tomatoes, peppers and olives. Add onion and seasoning. Cut bread in half lengthwise.
|
3. Remove the crumbs and mix them into the tomato mixture, kneading it with a little oil, salt and pepper.
|
4. Fill the bread halves, and press together. Wrap in foil and refrigerate. Cut in slices to serve.
