What You Need: |

|
12 small onions
2 chopped tomatoes
A handful of currants or raisins
Salt - parsley
Oil and vinegar to taste

How To Cook: |
|
|
1. Peel and boil onions in a small amount of salted water.
|
2. When cooked add tomatoes, oil, vinegar, parsley and currants.
|
3. Serve cold.
