2 cups crushed peanuts
1 tablespoon chopped onion
3 tomatoes
1 tablespoon fat
3 cups water
2 teaspoons curry powder
Salt

How To Cook: |
|
|
1. Put nuts into salted water and boil for 15 minutes.
|
2. Fry onions and tomatoes and add to peanut mixture with curry powder.
|
3. Simmer for about 20 minutes, stirring frequently.
