1/3 of a tomato per person
˝ cup fresh cream
1 tablespoon ketchup
Pinch of salt
Squeeze of lime juice
Chopped onion

1. Cut pineapple into thin strips and dice tomato.

3. Serve on lettuce leaves and top with a sprinkle of chopped onions.
