Salad Creole
What You Need:
  • 2/3 pineapple
  • 1/3 of a tomato per person
  • ˝ cup fresh cream
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • Pinch of salt
  • Squeeze of lime juice
  • Chopped onion

  • How To Cook:
    1. Cut pineapple into thin strips and dice tomato.

    2. Combine next 4 ingredients and pour over salad.

    3. Serve on lettuce leaves and top with a sprinkle of chopped onions.
