Sweet Pepper Salad
What You Need:
  • 2 red sweet peppers
  • 2 green sweet peppers
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • Oil and vinegar to taste

    • How To Cook:
    1. Cut and slice peppers.

    2. Take out veins and seeds.

    3. Saute quickly in oil.

    4. Drain. Add oil and vinegar with a pinch of salt.
