What You Need: |

2 cups whelk removed from shells and cleaned
6 cups water
1 stalk celery, finely chopped
˝ medium sweet pepper
2 medium potatoes, diced
1 cup noodles, uncooked
8 cups water
1 small onion finely chopped

How To Cook: |
|
|
1. Put whelk meat through meat grinder. Place in cooking pot with 6 cups water.
|
2. Parboil for approximately 1-1˝ hours; drain.
|
3. Add celery, sweet pepper, onion, potato, noodles, tomato paste, seasoning and 8 cups water.
|
4. Cook until potatoes are tender.
