What You Need: |

2 tablespoons butter / margarine
1-1½ to 2 tablespoons flour
1 cup milk
¼ teaspoon salt
Dash of pepper
2 egg yolks - if desired

How To Cook: |
|
|
1. Melt butter or margarine in a saucepan over low heat.
|
2. Add and blend in flour, stirring with a whip.
|
3. Gradually add milk stirring constantly; add seasoning. Remove from heat and stir in egg yolks.
