What You Need: |

6 Grunts (may be substitute by snapper, grouper and perch)
Juice of 2 limes
Water, hot pepper, salt
3 tablespoons butter
Avocado slices

How To Cook: |
|
|
1. Clean grunts, place in a greased dish and add lime juice and water to cover.
|
2. Add salt and pieces of hot pepper.
|
3. Cover and bake in a 350°F oven for about 20 minutes.
|
4. Spread melted butter over them and serve with avocado slices.
