What You Need: |

1 cup sugar
¼ cup margarine or butter
3 crushed, ripe bananas
2 cups flour
1 unbeaten egg
1 teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon soda
Vanilla flavoring

How To Cook: |
|
|
1. Cream sugar and butter. Add bananas and mix well.
|
2. Add egg and dry ingredients and vanilla. Beat well.
|
3. Bake in a greased, paper lined loaf tin at 350°F for 50 minutes.
|
4. This freezes well.
