How To Cook: |

1. Sift together, flour, corn flour, baking powder, soda and salt.

2. Cream butter and sugar. Beat egg and mix into creamed mixture.
|
3. Add dry ingredients and crushed bananas alternately.
|
4. Do not beat, but mix in well.
|
5. Bake in greased muffin containers in 400°F oven for 20 minutes.
