What You Need: |

1 pound ground beef
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
1 tablespoon bread crumbs
1 teaspoon salt
˝ large onion
1 sprig thyme, chopped
1 egg yolk
1 tablespoon soft butter
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 small sweet pepper
2 whole pimento grains
SAUCE
1 large sweet pepper
1 clove garlic
1 cup ketchup
1 teaspoon vinegar
1 piece ginger
1 large onion
1 carrot (cut up in long strips)
2 tablespoons sugar
˝ teaspoon salt (to taste)

How To Cook: |

|
SAUCE:
|
1. Saute sweet pepper, onion, garlic, carrot in butter.
|
2. Add other ingredients, and then simmer for 20 minutes.
|
MEAT BALLS:
|
1. Meanwhile, combine meatball ingredients, mold into balls.
|
2. Skewer balls and place over flame, turning and basting continually with sauce.
