What You Need: |

2 2½ pounds sirloin steak
8 oz olive oil
¼ cup soy sauce
Salt and black pepper to taste
1 cup tomato sauce
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 green pepper cut in chunk
1 onion, sliced

How To Cook: |
|
|
1. Season steak with salt and pepper.
|
2. Combine other ingredients, pour over steak.
|
3. Marinate in refrigerator 4 hours or overnight, turning occasionally.
|
4. Broil steak.
