How To Cook: |

1. Boil bananas in salted water for 20 minutes. Drain and reserve.

2. Cut beef into cubes and brown in oil. Transfer to a saucepan.
|
3. Add sliced onions. Stir in flour, salt and tomato ketchup and cook for 5 minutes.
|
4. Cover with curry powder mixed in some water. Stir and simmer for 1½ hrs.
|
5. Add rum and green banana slices. Heat through.
