What You Need: |

Any type of fish may be used.
¼ cup cornstarch
¼ cup flour
¼ cup beer
2 egg whites
¼ cup margarine or oil
Salt to taste

How To Cook: |
|
|
1. Mix cornstarch and flour and salt. Add beer and beat until smooth.
|
2. Beat egg whites and fold into batter.
|
3. Dip slices of fish or whole small fish into this batter and fry in bubbling fat.
