2 coconuts
1 tablespoon flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
Chopped escallion
Salt pepper
1 egg
Oil

How To Cook: |

1. Wash and peel coconuts.
|
2. Grate and mix with other ingredients.
|
3. Drop by spoonful into hot oil.
|
4. When golden brown, remove and drain.
