How To Cook: |

1. Make syrup of sugar and water. Add coconut and nutmeg. Mix well.

2. Cool and fill pastry, shells made as follows.
|
3. Mix flour and salt, cut in margarine and water.
|
4. Roll out and cut into circles, mould into cases and pinch up edges.
|
5. Fill with mixture and bake in a 400°F oven until pastry shells are golden brown.
