1. Soak fish overnight and discard the water. Cover with cold water and boil until tender.

2. Skin, bone and flake, and set aside.
|
3. Prepare ackee and boil quickly.
|
4. In a separate pan, melt margarine, stir in onions tomatoes and pepper.
|
5. Simmer a few minutes, and then add the fish and ackee. Heat through to serve.
