What You Need: |

1 pair cow heels
6 cups water
1 chopped onion
1 diced chocho
1 diced carrot
1 chopped coconut
1 hot pepper
2 teaspoons salt
Squeeze of lime juice
Parsley

How To Cook: |
|
|
1. Wash cow heels in lime juice. Cut up and boil in salted water.
|
2. Skim frequently. Cook 2-3 hours over low heat.
|
3. Add vegetables and seasonings. Boil until vegetables are tender.
|
4. Serve with chopped parsley.
