Cow Heel Soup
What You Need:
  • 1 pair cow heels
  • 6 cups water
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 diced chocho
  • 1 diced carrot
  • 1 chopped coconut
  • 1 hot pepper
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • Squeeze of lime juice
  • Parsley

  • How To Cook:
    1. Wash cow heels in lime juice. Cut up and boil in salted water.

    2. Skim frequently. Cook 2-3 hours over low heat.

    3. Add vegetables and seasonings. Boil until vegetables are tender.

    4. Serve with chopped parsley.
