What You Need: |

2 pound chicken cut in pieces
2 quarts water
1 teaspoon salt
Sherry or rum or white wine

How To Cook: |
|
|
1. Heat to boiling 2 quarts of water, salt and chicken; cover and simmer for about 15 minutes.
|
2. Place chicken in a bowl or jar and cover completely with liquor.
|
3. Keep refrigerated for one week. Serve cold.
