Dumperpumpkin
What You Need:
  • 1 small pumpkin
  • 2 cups prepared sweet and sour beef
  • ˝ cup seeded prunes

  • How To Cook:
    1. Wash pumpkin and place in a large pot.

    2. Cover with water and bring to a boil.

    3. When cooked, but not soft, remove cut off the top and scoop out seeds and core.

    4. Fill with sweet and sour beef mix and prunes. Refit top.

    5. Place pumpkin in a baking dish with water and bake for 30-40 minutes in a moderate oven - add more water if necessary.
