3 pound of fish cut into pieces
2 quarts water
2 chopped onion
2 chopped tomato
1 hot pepper
1 teaspoon thyme
Squeeze of lime juice

How To Cook: |

1. Place ingredients in a pot with water.
|
2. Bring to a boil and simmer gently for about an hour.
|
3. Strain of liquid and serve with chopped parsley.
