King Fish Fillets
What You Need:
  • 4 fillets of king fish (mackerel)
  • 1 glass white wine
  • 1 cup cooked and peeled shrimps
  • 1 cup white sauce
  • 1 egg
  • A pinch of salt and pepper
  • A squeeze of lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons tomato sauce
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2-3 tablespoons margarine or oil

  • How To Cook:
    1. Soak fillets in white wine, salt, pepper, and lime juice for 1 hour. Pat dry.

    2. Make 1 cup of white sauce and add the cooked shrimps.

    3. When this is cool, spoon some of the mixture onto each fish and roll up.

    4. Dip in breadcrumbs, then into beaten egg and again in crumbs. Fry in hot oil.

    5. Serve with tomato sauce.

    To Serve: 2 - 3
