What You Need: |

2 egg yolks
4 oz condensed milk
¾ cup lime juice
Salt
6 tablespoons sugar
3 egg whites
1 baked pie shell

How To Cook: |
|
|
1. Beat yolks, stir in milk and add lime juice gradually. Beat well.
|
2. Whip egg whites with a pinch of salt and fold into mixture.
|
3. Pour into a baked pie shell and cover with meringue made with 3 stiffly beaten whites and 6 tablespoons sugar.
|
4. Bake in a preheated oven for 10 minutes or until meringue is a golden color.
