How To Cook: |

1. Place 1 layer of mangoes in a pie shell and sprinkle with half the sugar, or lime juice and spices.
|
2. Add remaining slices of mango, sugar, spices, lime juice and dot with bits of butter or margarine.
|
3. Cover or criss-cross with pie crust.
|
4. Bake about 45 minutes at 350°F.
