How To Cook: |

1. Cut the fish into 1 inch pieces.

2. Mix the ingredients for the marinade together, beating well.
|
3. Pour over the fish and leave to marinate for 1 hour.
|
4. Drain the fish and thread on six skewers.
|
5. Grill over hot coals for about 8 minutes, then turn and grill for further 7 minutes.
|
6. Baste with the marinade during cooking.
