Pepper Shrimps
What You Need:
  • 1 pint of shrimps - in shell
  • White vinegar, water
  • Sliced hot pepper (remove the seeds)
  • ˝ onion sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • Salt and pimento grains

  • How To Cook:
    1. Rinse shrimp.

    2. Cover shrimp with salted water and boil until tender.

    3. Allow to cool.

    4. Mix vinegar, peppers, onions, and garlic and pimento grains. Bring to a boil.

    5. Pour over shrimps and store in a covered jar for 12 hours before serving.

    To Serve: 6
