1 pineapple
Sugar
Nutmeg

How To Cook: |
|
|
1. Peel and grate the pineapple.
|
2. To each pound of pineapple pulp, add ¾ pound of sugar.
|
3. Add nutmeg to taste. Boil and stir until mixture thickens and sugar is melted.
|
4. Seal in jars whilst hot.
|
