Poor Man's Fillet
What You Need:
  • 3 pounds rib eye steak
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • Bread slices

  • How To Cook:
    1. Cut the steak allowing one slice per person.

    2. Rub with salt, pepper and garlic.

    3. Brown steak slices in hot butter. Fry slices of bread in butter.

    4. Slip a slice of steak onto each slice of bread and serve with sauce from frying pan.

    5. Takes about 3 minutes to prepare.
