Pork Rind (Skin)
What You Need:
  • Whatever quantity desired
  • 2-3 tablespoons oil
  • Salt

  • How To Cook:
    1. Cut rind (skin) into small pieces and fry until crisp in oil.

    2. Sprinkle with salt.
