1. Peel and cut pumpkin into slices, then dice and pack in a jar.

2. Add sugar. Cover and stand for 12 hours.
|
3. Drain off liquid and boil until syrupy.
|
4. Add pumpkin, sliced lime and orange.
|
5. Stir in a pinch of salt. Boil up, and cook until clear.
|
6. Seal in jars.
