1 rabbit (skin and clean)
Sage
1 tablespoon butter
¼ cup milk
Salt, pepper
1 cup bread crumbs
Bacon drippings

How To Cook: |
|
|
1. Stuff rabbit with bread crumbs mixed with the given ingredients.
|
2. Sew up cavity.
|
3. Rub all over with bacon dripping.
|
4. Roast 1 1½ hours in a 350°F oven.
