What You Need: |

2 tablespoons gelatin
2 cups of hot strong coffee
˝ cup sugar
2 tablespoons lime juice
3 tablespoons rum
2 cups sour cream
1 cup brown sugar
˝ teaspoon cinnamon

How To Cook: |
|
|
1. Soften gelatin in ˝ cup of cold water.
|
2. Add hot coffee and sugar and stir until gelatin is dissolved. Add lime juice and rum.
|
3. Pour into an 8 inch dish and chill until firm.
|
4. Cut into cubes and serve a sauce made by beating together sour cream, sugar and cinnamon until sugar dissolves.
