3 dozen sea eggs (not the black spiny type)

How To Cook: |

1. Wash well, open and remove the coral.
|
2. This can be mixed with a White Sauce and served on toast.

NOTE:
|
Sea eggs are considered a delicacy in many countries. The coral is scraped out and eaten raw with a squeeze of lemon or lime.
