What You Need: |

2 cups chicken broth
1 chopped onion
1 beaten egg
1 cup washed seaweed
Salt and pepper

How To Cook: |
|
|
1. Mix chicken broth, onion, sea weed and seasonings.
|
2. Bring to a boil and simmer for about 20 minutes.
|
3. Remove the sea weed and add the beaten egg to the broth when it is cool.
|
4. Reheat to serve, but do not boil.
