Short Bread
What You Need:
  • 1 oz sugar
  • 4 oz butter
  • 2˝ oz flour
  • 2˝ oz corn flour (cornstarch)

    • How To Cook:
    1. Cream butter and sugar.

    2. Add flour and corn flour and blend thoroughly.

    3. Put through a cookie tube or drop by spoonfuls onto a greased sheet.

    4. Bake for 10 minutes in a 375°F oven. Sprinkle with sugar.
