Shrimp With Cold Barbecue Sauce
What You Need:
  • 2 pounds fresh shrimp
  • ½ cup finely chopped celery
  • 1 stalk scallion
  • 6 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • ¼ cup ketchup
  • 1 clove garlic
  • ¼ teaspoon hot pepper sauce
  • 5 tablespoons horseradish
  • 2 tablespoons prepared mustard
  • ¼ teaspoon paprika
  • ¾ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon white pepper

  • How To Cook:
    1. Clean then poach shrimp.

    2. To prepare sauce: rub bowl with garlic, and then combine other ingredients.

    3. Marinate shrimp in sauce for an hour.

    4. Serve chilled on a bed of lettuce.
