Smoked Pork Chops, Baked With Jiffy Barbecue Sauce
What You Need:
  • 6 smoked pork chops
  • 1 can whole kernel corn
  • 1 egg, well beaten
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 ounce margarine
  • 1 green sweet pepper, chopped

  • How To Cook:
    1. Saute celery, onion and sweet green pepper in margarine, and mix with corn and egg.

    2. Brown chops lightly in oil, drain and arrange in a casserole dish.

    3. Cover with the corn mixture and pour Jiffy Barbecue Saucee all over.

    4. Bake covered at 350°F for one hour. Remove cover during last 10 minutes.

    To Serve: 4 - 5
