Sorrel Appetizer
What You Need:
  • 1 pound prepared sorrel
  • 2 oz grated green ginger
  • 6 pints boiling water

  • How To Cook:
    1. Mix ingredients together, cover and leave overnight.

    2. Strain and odd rum and sugar to taste.

    3. Serve over crushed ice.
