What You Need: |

1 pound Jerk pork
1 small onion
1 small country pepper
˝ teaspoon powdered ginger
2 teaspoons Pickapeppa sauce
2 oz Rum

How To Cook: |
|
|
1. Cut jerk pork into small pieces and place in blender.
|
2. Remove seeds from country pepper and place in blender with other ingredients.
|
3. Blend until smooth. Chill.
|
4. Serve on small, bite-size crackers.
