How To Cook: |

1. Chop carrots, peppers, onions, chochos, cucumbers and olives, add water to cover.
|
2. Bring to a boil to tenderize.
|
3. Drain.
|
DRESSING:
|
1. Mix dressing and bring to a boil.
|
2. Pour dressing over the vegetables, which have been packed in sterilized jars.
